On February 28, 2023, a seminar (practical) lesson was held on the following topic: "Actual issues of conducting investigative actions" by undergraduates of the APE under the GP RK - SERIMBETOV N.N. senior investigator of the Investigation Department of the Transport Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, police captain, SARSENGALIEV D.N., senior prosecutor of the Office for the Protection of Public Interests of the Aktobe Region Prosecutor's Office, 1st class lawyer on the subject "Financial Law" for 2nd year students of the Faculty of Law.
At the binary seminar lesson, the teacher of the Department of Constitutional and Civil Law of the Faculty of Law - Ph.D. in Law, Associate Professor TEMIRZHANOVA L.A. emphasized the special importance and usefulness for students in conducting for them exactly practice-oriented classes and binary "guest" lectures.
Speakers Serimbetov N.N., Sarsengaliyev D.N., as acting practitioners, showed video materials, shared pressing problems, answered questions from the audience.
The students were actively involved in the dialogue form of the seminar, the practical classes were interesting and dynamic. All participants of the binary seminar showed a high level of professionalism, shared their theoretical and practical experience, according to the stated topic, and revealed topical issues of law enforcement practice.
