As part of the planned educational activities, senior lecturer, Department of Criminal Law Disciplines, Candidate of Law Baimoldina S.M. held a curatorial hour on September 30, 2022 with the curatorial group of the course on the topic: "The fight against religious extremism and the act of terrorism." At this curatorial hour, it was talked about how much harm religious extremism and terrorism and related criminal offenses cause to public interests. Currently, religious extremism and acts of terrorism pose a great danger to the citizens of Kazakhstan, since religious extremism and acts of terrorism appear unexpectedly and can spread throughout all regions of Kazakhstan, while causing bodily injury, as well as loss of life, causing material and physical damage to both citizens and state and public interests.
As part of the fight against religious extremism and acts of terrorism, regulatory legal acts of national and local significance have been adopted. Students of the Faculty of Law, as future lawyers, civil servants, are determined to actively fight religious extremism and acts of terrorism after receiving a diploma at their workplaces.
