From April 3 to April 10, 2023, the Department of International Law is holding the anniversary X International Scientific and Practical School (hereinafter - MNPSH): "Actual problems of theory, practice and teaching of International Law", dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the specialized Department of International Law of ENU. In 2023, the main topic of the X MNPSH is "Alternative ways of resolving international disputes", where lectures and master classes on dispute resolution in arbitration and mediation, judicial practice will be held.
The purpose of the MNPSH is the formation of professional competencies (knowledge, skills and abilities) of a future international lawyer, discussion of current topics and various issues in the field of international law theory; strengthening of a practice-oriented approach to training specialists in the field of international law; exchange of experience in teaching international law disciplines. The scientific and practical school will be held in a hybrid format: full-time and online at the Microsoft Teams site.
Students of the MNPSH can be undergraduate, graduate, PhD students in the specialty "International Law", students of colleges in Astana, as well as teachers of the department. Upon completion of the MNPSH, all lecturers and participants who attended all lectures will be awarded the appropriate certificates of participation.
