On April 20, 2021, Zoom platform hosted the International Forum "Medical Law", arranged by Ural State Law University.
The participation of the Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilyov in this International Forum was represented by the teaching staff and doctoral student of the Department of Civil, Labor and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law of -Doctor of Law, Professor Nurgaliyeva Enlik Nurgaliyevna, PhD, Acting Associate Professor of the Department Galiakbarova Guzal Gazinurovna, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Department Omarova Elmira Bakirovna, 1st course PhD student Olzhabayeva Xeniya Bulatovna.
The participation of the Department of Civil, Labor and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law in this forum was of great importance because of the research work on the state grant project " Development of a legal mechanism for regulating the work of medical and pharmaceutical workers».
Doctor of Law, Professor E. N. Nurgaliyeva was one of the first speakers of the forum section "Peculiarities of labor regulation of medical workers".
1st course PhD student Olzhabayeva K. B. made a report "Problems of improving legislation in the field of ensuring medical secrecy».
The themes of the presented reports covered the most relevant and problematic aspects in the field of labor regulation of medical workers.
At the end of the session, the participants noted that in general, the themes of the reports and the issues discussed about the work of medical workers are very relevant, requiring further in-depth study.
