On August 28, 2019, a round table dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held, which was attended by Deputy head of the Presidential Administration, Chairman, members of the constitutional Council of Kazakhstan, Members of Parliament, Judge of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council of Kazakhstan, Deputy Prosecutor General, Minister of justice, Minister of health, Minister of digital development, innovation and aerospace industry, Minister of information and public development of Kazakhstan, Head of the National center for human rights, and also doctor of legal Sciences, Professor of law E. B. Abdrasulov, E. M. Abaideldinov, Baltabayev K. Zh., A. M. Nurmagambetov.
In the framework of the round table on th.N., Zh. I. Ibrahimov gave an interview to "Qazagstan TV" Ibragimov Zh. noted that in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan the rights and freedoms of man and citizen determine the meaning, content and application of laws, the activities of all government bodies, local self-government. Respect for rights and freedoms is ensured by justice. The Constitution assigns a special role to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in this sphere.
Zh. I. Ibragimov also stressed that the main institutional mechanisms in the constitutional system of protection of human and civil rights and freedoms are all branches of government. These are legislative and Executive authorities, local self-government bodies, judicial and administrative bodies, which, through their specific methods and procedures, fruitfully assist the state in fulfilling its constitutional duty in the field of human rights.
