In 2022, the Eurasian National University allocated "Kultegin" and "Gumilyov" scholarships from its own budget to foreign citizens studying on a paid basis. Holders of a monthly scholarship get the opportunity to study free of charge, live in a hostel.
On December 21, 2022, the award ceremony was held with the participation of the Chairman of the Board - Rector of L.N. Gumilyov ENU Sydykov Yerlan Battashevich. One of the 4 winners was a 2nd year student of the educational program "International Law", a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, Kasymov Ramazan. When Kasymov R. was awarded, Sydykov Erlan Battashevich spoke about the opening of a branch of ENU in the city of Osh at Osh State University and the invitation of high-ranking guests to our university.

Kasymov R. is a member of the research club "International lawyer's club". He took part in various scientific and public events organized by the Department of International Law of the Faculty of Law. From October 31 to November 9, 2022 he was a student of the IX International Scientific and Practical School on International Law “Actual problems of the theory, practice and teaching of international law. On November 9, 2022, he was an active speaker at the Model UN Security Council, held as part of the I Eurasian Congress on International Law "Modern Challenges of International Law". He also participated in the creative competition of wall newspapers on the topic "UN Sustainable Development Goals", in which he was awarded a diploma of the II degree together with fellow students.
