During the second half of the 2020-2121 academic year, 4 meetings of the educational and methodological section of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law were held. In accordance with the work plan of the section, the results of the examination session, issues of methodological support of the educational process in the specialties of the master's and doctoral programs of the PhD were discussed.

For the second semester, 2 open classes are planned and conducted by associate professors Abdilov K. S. in the discipline "Banking Law" and Mugauova A. I. in the discipline: "Memlekettik baskarudy kukyktyk retteu". According to the schedule, 5 mutual visits were carried out.
Teachers of the department participate in methodological seminars, round tables, actively take advanced training courses; attend trainings and workshops dedicated to modern methods of education in online learning (Saktaganova I. S., Kapsalyamova S. S., Osmanova D. B., Mugauova A. I., Temirzhanova L. A., Zhadauova Zh. A.).
Teachers of the department share best practices in the organization and behavior of training sessions in a remote format (Abdrasulov E. B., Nurmagambetova S. B., Kapsalyamova S. S., Ormanova Sh. Sh., Temirzhanova L. A., Abdilov K. S., Myrzataev N. D., etc.)
On May 18, 2021, as part of the republican webinar "Effective application of distance learning methods and technologies", dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the L. N.
