Information about conference on the passage of pre-graduate practice by students of the 4th year

The organization of pre-graduate practice at the department of criminal law disciplines is planned and carried out on the basis of and in accordance with the state educational standard of higher education, the corresponding educational program, the work plan of the faculty of law, the department and individual work plans of the teaching staff, in the following main areas:
- formation of educational and methodological support for students' pre-graduate practice;
- preparation and processing of work programs for the passage of pre-graduate practice in accordance with the features of the educational program;
- introduction into the educational process of new effective forms of professional interaction between participants of the educational process in the organization and conduct of pre-graduate practice of students in the conditions of distance learning;
- development of a set of methodological recommendations for receiving reports and performing intermediate and final tasks of the department and scientific supervisors based on the results of students ' pre-graduate practice.
The department of criminal law disciplines has a developed and approved work program, methodological recommendations for conducting professional practice, approved in the 2019-2020 academic year.
According to the academic calendar for the 2020-2021 academic year, the pre-graduate practice of students of the 4th year of the Faculty of Law takes place in the period from 15.02.2021-08.05.2021.
On february 12, 2021y. the department of criminal law disciplines, with the participation of teachers-scientific supervisors of theses responsible for professional practice, held an introductory conference on the passage of pre-graduate practice by final-year students assigned to the department of criminal law disciplines as graduate students in the 2020-2021 academic year.
Within the framework of the installation conference, information was brought to the attention of students about the procedure for passing pre-graduate practice, as well as about the requirements and forms of drawing up reporting documentation. Students were introduced to the format of interaction with the heads of diploma projects, ways and methods of using the resources of practical law enforcement agencies in research work within the relevant topics of diploma projects. Students were introduced to the rules of information and personal security, the basics of corporate ethics and business culture during the professional practice of this type.
