Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law Ibragimov Zh.I. presented a report on the topic: "Improvement of the legal culture in the process of digitalization of the activities of state bodies". His presentation on the improvement of the legal culture, on the processes taking place in modern conditions, due to the wide introduction of digital technologies, including lawmaking, the prospects for using traditional technologies in lawmaking, understanding of the nature and prospects for the development of electronic regulatory legal acts, attracted interest of participants in the school of young lawyers.
Associate Professor Kapsalyamova SS made a report on the topic "Formation and strengthening of the professional legal culture of civil servants in the digitalization process". In her speech she raised the actual aspects of digitalization of state institutions. She noted that the state in the digital reality becomes more open, transparent and accountable. Digitalization of the entire system of public administration becomes a powerful factor in counteracting corruption.
