As part of the implementation of the schedule of "guest" classes with practitioners for the 2020-2021 academic year, the Department of "Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law" (TiIGiP, KP) of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University is working with Ph. D. in Law, Associate Professor of the Department Kapsalyamova S. S. at the invitation of practitioners.
So, on February 26, 2021, the next on-line "guest" lecture of practitioners held on the Microsoft Teams platform for students, teaching staff of the Department of TiIGiP, KP was organized.
The lecture was delivered by Ramazanov Damir Kairatovich, prosecutor of the Criminal Prosecution Department of the Prosecutor's Office of the Akmola region on the topic: "Legal liability for violation of the financial legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan". The lecturer shared the problems that arise in the practical sphere, as well as interesting and informative information about administrative and criminal liability, types of administrative offenses, the main provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Damir Kairatovich also thoroughly answered the questions of the students and the faculty of the department.
The meeting was held at a high level of professionalism, the lecturer shared his practical experience, he accompanied his presentation materials with a detailed explanation of the applicable procedural documents, etc.
