By the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 7, 2018, docent of the department of civil and environmental law, Ph.D Muslim Khasenov, was awarded the State Youth Prize of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Daryn" in the "Science" nomination.
The award ceremony was held on December 12, 2018 in a solemn ceremony in Akorda (the residence of the Republic of Kazakhstan) with the participation of the State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Abdykalikova G.N.
This year, the Daryn Prize was awarded to 20 winners in 10 nominations: Estrada, Classical Music, Folk Art, Literature, Theater and Cinema, Sport, Design and Fine Arts, Journalism, Social activity, Science.
The prize is awarded annually for fruitful scientific, creative, social activities, as well as for high sporting achievements

Khasenov Muslim Khanatovich is a graduate of the Law Faculty of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, as well as a visiting researcher at the Goethe University of Frankfurt (Germany).
He began his career as a junior researcher at the Research Institute of Legal Research, Development and Expertise of draft laws of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
He is a participant of scientific events in 16 countries (Switzerland, Germany, Japan, Austria, Lithuania, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Hungary, Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan).
He is an author of over 60 scientific publications, including the monograph “The Legal Mechanism of Social Partnership in the Sphere of Labor: Problems of Theory and Practice” (Germany), co-author in the textbook “Eurasian Labor Law” (Russia) and 15 scientific articles in foreign publications (USA, Italy, Poland, Russia, Lithuania).
In 2017, the world's leading publishing house Wolters Kluwer (Netherlands) published the monograph “Labor Law and Industrial Relations in Kazakhstan”. This scientific work became the first book on Kazakhstan law in the framework of the International Encyclopedia of Laws series.
He participated in the development of 10 draft laws and the implementation of 6 fundamental and applied research. Member of the academic exchange on the development of the modern development paradigm of the Eurasian Economic Union in Moscow (2018).
The labor activity of Muslim Khasenov is marked by the following awards:
- In 2018, the Prize of the Foundation of the First President "Best Young Lawyer of the Year" in the nomination "Contribution to the legal science";
- in 2013-2016, he was awarded 3 medals of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" for outstanding merit and contribution to the development of the economy and entrepreneurship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- in 2010 and 2017, a scholarship of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation;
- winner of the “Altyn Belgi” golden sign.
