Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law, PhD, Associate Professor Khairmuhanmedov Nurbek Isabaevich gave a short lecture (15 days) at the Faculty of Public Administration at the Kocaeli University, Izmit (Turkey) within the framework of the "Mevlana" program. Associate Professor N.I. Khairmukhanmedov gave a lecture course on the subject “Sociology of the State” in the amount of 30 hours (6 credits) for students of the specialty public administration.
In addition, associate professor N.I. Khairmukhanmedov conducted a seminar on the topic: “The current state of Kazakhstan's higher education” for the faculty of the Faculty of Law and for the Faculty of Public Administration of Kocheli University. And also, associate professor N.I. Khairmukhanmedov held a special meeting with undergraduates and doctoral students of the Faculty of Public Administration at Kocaeli University. According to the results of the work carried out, in the framework of the “Mevlana” program, Associate Professor N.I. Khairmukhanmedov was presented with a certificate.
