Associate Professor of the International Law Department is one of two nominees of the USA Fulbright Visiting Scholar Programme

Associate Professor of the International Law Department of the Law School Beibit Yunisovna Shangirbayeva, who holds Candidate’s Degree in Jurisprudence and European PhD degree in International Law, is one of two nominees of the USA Fulbright Visiting Scholar Programme representing Kazakhstan this year. The grant allows Beibit Yunisovna to have a scientific training at the Melikian Center of the Arizona State University, to use a splendid library of the University, meet professors and obtain new scientific experience. The Melikian Center led by Professor Keith Brown covers the Eurasian space, cultural and linguistic values of its people. The fellowship wone by Beibit Yunisovna contributes a lot to international recognition of the Gumiloyv Eurasian National University and will further strengthen long-standing relations between Kazakhstan and Arizona and open new possibilities for cooperation.
