Kala Nagima Sunkarbekovna, Assistant Professor and Researcher of International Law Department, will take part in the EU's international project

The Law Faculty of L.N. Gumilyov ENU has recently presented the candidacy of PhD, Assistant Professor and Researcher of International Law Department Kala Nagima Sunkarbekovna for inclusion in the research group of the international project: «Central Asian Law: Legal Cultures and Business Environment in Central Asia» of Lund University, Sweden, within the EU-funded Horizon 2020 Marie Curie Actions – Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (MSCA RISE). In this international project L.N. Gumilyov ENU acts as a national partner of the project from the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Kala Nagima Sunkarbekovna acts as a researcher from our university.

Kala Nagima Sunkarbekovna is the author of 43 scientific publications, including 5 (five) publications in journals indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The H-Index is 4. Is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, English and Turkish. Research interests: universal and regional mechanisms of human rights protection, international tourism law, international environmental law.

On February 26, the first online meeting was held, with participation of the project manager, Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology of Law of Lund University Urinboyev Rustamjon, his assistants Chekhros Kilichova and Elmurod Sabirov, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation of L.N. Gumilyov ENU Merzadinova Gulnara Tynyshbayevna, Director and representatives of Science and Innovation Department of L.N. Gumilyov ENU Serikov Rollan, Anastasiya Karmelyuk, Moldahmetova Aliya and Assistant Professor and Researcher of International Law Department Kala Nagima Sunkarbekovna.
