an open lesson on public international law was held for students of groups MPC-21 and Yurk-21

On February 17, 2022, from 14:00 to 14:50, an open lesson on public international law was held for students of groups MPC-21 and Yurk-21 in the auditorium No. 326 of the main building of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The topic of the lecture is international treaty law. The main purpose of the lecture was to give a definition of international treaty law and to give a broader definition of the main sources of international treaty law, noting that states exercise their mutual rights and obligations in their relations with each other through the conclusion of a treaty. The main issues considered during the lecture were: the concept of international treaty law, sources, the concept and types of international treaty and the issues of conclusion, entry into force of international treaty, as well as the interpretation of international treaty. I would like to note that students were fully involved in the lesson and actively participated in the lesson by asking questions related to the lecture. In the course of the event, students were shown slides related to the topic, and students made a brief summary on topical issues.
