In the Eurasian National University. LN Gumilev held a business game on the theme: "Constitutional production of the Republic of Kazakhstan", organized by the students of the I course of the specialty "Jurisprudence" of the Faculty of Law.
The business game of the students was prepared on the basis of the appeal of the Prime Minister to the Constitutional Council on September 15, 2008 on giving an official interpretation of a number of articles of the Constitution on public administration.
During the business game, students considered categories such as "competence", "powers", "functions", "subjects of reference", "higher supervision", "supervisory and control functions," revealing their semantic content, as well as the ratio of these institutions.
In the role of the Chairman and members of the Constitutional Council, the subject of the appeal is the Prime Minister and his representative of the responsible secretary of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning, other participants in the constitutional proceedings: the representative of the President - Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, representatives of the Chambers of Parliament - deputies of the Majilis and the Senate, , Deputy Prosecutor General, Vice Minister of Justice, the students themselves played.
A student presiding over a session of the Constitutional Council, in accordance with the Constitutional Law "On the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan" explained the rights and obligations of all participants in the process. Students involved in constitutional production tried to show their knowledge. It seemed to the present students that they are participating in the present session of the Constitutional Council, since their fellow students conducted the constitutional production impeccably.
The members of the Constitutional Council of the RK, who took part in the event, are Doctor of Law. V.A. Malinovsky and the Doctor of Law A.A. Temirbekov, at the end of the business game - the meetings of the Constitutional Council expressed their opinion and praised the work of students. Member of the Constitutional Council. V.A.
