Dean of the Faculty of Law, Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilev, Doctor of Law, Professor Amandykova SK made a report at the round table "Perspectives of development of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative justice" held by the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
April 6 this year under the chairmanship of George Kim, a round table was held on the topic "Prospects for the Development of the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Justice", organized by the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Judicial System and Law Enforcement Agencies of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the round table, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilev, Doctor of Law, Professor Amandykova SK made a report on the topic "Administrative Justice in the Republic of Kazakhstan", in which she justified the expediency and importance of adopting the Administrative Procedural Code of Kazakhstan.
The round table was attended by international experts from Latvia and Russia and scientists who talked about their administrative proceedings. At the end of the discussion, Committee Chairman G. Kim stressed that "the administrative legal procedure of Kazakhstan must comply with international standards".
