Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Ibragimov Zh.I. Zh.I. On October 25, 2018, Ibrahimov delivered a report on the topic “Legal awareness of Kazakh biys as the basis of the legal culture of modern judges” as part of the explanation of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev “Growth of the welfare of Kazakhstanis: raising incomes of life quality”.
Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law Ibragimov Zh.I. made a presentation on the topic: "The legal awareness of the Kazakh biys-the basis of the legal culture of modern judges." His speech on legal awareness and legal culture of Kazakh biys, consolidation of society, the role of public figures in the development of Kazakh statehood, customs and traditions of the Kazakh people, military-patriotic education, on the processes occurring in modern conditions due to the widespread introduction of technologies, including lawmaking, are also issues of transformation in the work of law enforcement agencies, the further modernization of the judicial system aroused the keen interest of the conference participants.
Zh.I. Ibragimov encouraged the participants, especially young scientists, to be involved in the transformation processes in the country, as well as actively participate in all activities within the framework of the implementation of the “Rouhani zadyru” program.
After the presentation of all the reports, there was an exchange of views and a lively constructive dialogue on the positive side of the main priorities of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev “Growth of the well-being of Kazakhstanis: raising incomes of the quality of life”
