On May 5 2022, Law Faculty organized a meeting for law students with a former prosecutor of the Department for the organization of expert activities, honorary worker of the Ministry of Justice Kozhamzharov Temirbolat Zhanaidarovich. The meeting was also attended by the Head of the Control and Discipline Department of the Human Resources Department Ibragimov Batyrkhan Kurmanbekovich and the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of the ENU Shangirbayeva Beibit Yunisovna. Temirbolat Zhanaidarovich held a seminar for us on the topic "Combating corruption in forensic activities." The purpose of the seminar is to create an atmosphere of intolerance towards corruption in the society. Temirbolat Zhanaydarovich explained to the students about responsibility for bribery and mediation in bribery. In addition, he drew students' attention to the tasks facing the prosecutor's office and raised issues related to the conduct of forensic medical examination in criminal cases. During the seminar, Temirbolat Zhanaidarovich gave several examples from his life experience, which helped to increase our interest in our profession in the field of law. The impressions from the meeting were excellent, as in the “direct dialogue” mode we heard an excellent report in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the fight against crime, on law enforcement, criminal cases and on the trial. Students asked questions to the guest and received detailed answers from an expert in their field.
