On October 02, 2021, teachers of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines Mergembayeva Nurgul Bergalievna and Baymoldina Svetlana Malikovna organized and conducted a binary lesson with the participation of the chairman of the court No. 2 G. Semey Abenova Zh.T
. The lesson was held in groups where undergraduates of the 1st and 2nd courses studying under the Educational program "Forensic Examination".
In the course of this lesson, undergraduates asked questions of interest to them, in particular, such as: the mechanism of compensation for moral damage in the Republic of Kazakhstan in criminal cases, the application in practice of criminal proceedings of the procedure for compensation for moral damage, family law issues, divorce procedures and a number of other topical issues of theory and practice of criminal proceedings and forensic examination.
Undergraduates proved to be active listeners, actively participated in the discussion, demonstrated their deep knowledge and made suggestions.
