On September 29 and October 8, 2021, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines of the Faculty of Law of the L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University, Doctor of Law, Professor A.N. Akhpanov, together with students, undergraduates and doctoral students of the Department, conducted binary classes on topical issues of criminal procedural law on the basis of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation. The students took part in the work of section No. 2 of the international scientific and practical conference "Spiritual and moral principles of criminal proceedings", and also took part in the work of section work No. 6 of the conference, where the problems of the legal profession were discussed. Also, the students listened to an open lecture by Professor Zaitsev O.A. on the topic "Witness of a crime: to be or not to be?".
