Binary lesson on the topic: "Modern methods of conducting forensic examinations" in the discipline "Forensic expert science"

On October 15, 2021, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines, Candidate of Legal Sciences Baymoldina Svetlana Malikovna together with 2nd year students of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies at the Prosecutor General's Office Sekenova Botagoz Bazarkhanovna, 2nd class lawyer, Meirbekova Dina Meirbekovna, senior police Lieutenant, 2nd year student of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies at the Prosecutor General's Office, as well as Serik Bektasovich Amirov, Major, Junior Adviser of Justice, 2nd year graduate student of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies at the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conducted binary classes on the discipline "Forensic Expert Science" for 4th year students of the Russian department studying at the Faculty of Law of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU.

At this binary lesson, issues related to the rules of conducting a forensic examination, legal mechanisms for conducting a forensic examination, types of forensic examinations, current problems of conducting a forensic examination were considered. Interactive methods of teaching "brainstorming", discussion, interviewing specialists were used. The situations related to the disclosure and investigation of serious and especially serious crimes with the use of tactical and forensic means and methods of support based on modern achievements of science and technology are considered in particular detail.
It was also noted that in the context of the pandemic, the total number of crimes related to the use of modern computer information has increased, and there is a surge in crimes related to the use of information technology. However, the identification of these types of crimes is quite a difficult task, and accordingly, it becomes more difficult to bring the perpetrators to justice. Nevertheless, the methods of investigation of these types of crimes are constantly being improved.
The students showed a high interest in this issue, and also demonstrated a high level of training.
