One of the important parts of improving the effectiveness of methodological support of the educational process is the improvement of teaching methods of specialized cycle subjects. Various methods are being actively introduced at the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines, one of which is conducting binary classes with the participation of specialists in the legal field. So, for example, on 09.11.2021, Svetlana Malikovna Baimoldina, PhD in Law, conducted a binary lesson on the discipline "Law Enforcement" with the participation of a practicing teacher Drokin Yuri Nikolaevich. The topic of this lesson: "The subject, system and basic concepts of prosecutorial supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan". At this lesson, such issues as the Prosecutor's Office in the system of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the basic concepts, system, principles and legal foundations of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan were considered. During the lesson, the "Scientific discussion" method was used, slide presentations, regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and others were demonstrated. The students showed great scientific interest in this topic, showed deep knowledge in this field, actively participated in the discussion. In general, this binary lesson was held at a high theoretical level, has great educational, methodological and practical value.
