12/15/2021, 4th year student of the Law Faculty of L.N. Gumilyov ENU Serikbayev Damir - the winner of the legal competition «Uzdik bolashak tergeushi» (Best Future Investigator).
The diploma was presented by the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Turgumbayev Yerlan Zamanbekovich.
15 students from 3 metropolitan universities took part in the competition, which consisted of 2 stages (an oral exam on knowledge of the norms of the Constitution and the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, solving situational problems and criminal law qualifications).
The 1st degree diploma was awarded to a student of L.N. Gumilyov ENU
Diploma of the 2nd degree - student of M.S. Narikbayev KazHUU
3rd degree diploma - student of the University «Turan-Astana».
In addition, the rest of the participants received letters of gratitude from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an interesting excursion was conducted around the Center for Operational Management and the Museum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The ENU team was represented by 5 students:

Mentors, coordinators and consultants of students were Drokin Yuri Nikolaevich, senior lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines of ENU, who has extensive experience in investigative work, and Bekmagambetov Alimzhan Baurzhanovich, Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Expert of the Commission on Human Rights under the President RK, head of the grant project of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, author of textbooks and monographs on criminal law and criminology.
It is symbolic that the legal competition «Uzdik Bolashak Tergeushi» took place on the eve of the main public holiday and under the auspices of events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
