Zh.I. Ibragimov He noted that in the article “Seven Facets of the Great Steppe” the Head of State divided the space and time of the national history into several chapters. The first is the contribution of the Kazakh people to world civilization. Kazakh law is the treasure of the cultural life of the Kazakh people and the entire nomadic civilization. At the beginning of the 16th century, during the reign of Kasym Khan, the first set of laws was developed and published as the well-known “Kasym hannyk kaska Zholy”. It included five main sections: 1. Property law; 2. Criminal law; 3. Military law; 4. Embassy custom; 5. The law of the public. It was the first law in the history of the Kazakhs, created on the basis of folk traditions and folk wisdom.
As well as Zh.I. Ibragimov stressed that the article of the President contains the program moments of the worldview nature.
