Legal education should be understood as a purposeful and systematic activity of the state and society to form and increase legal consciousness and legal culture in order to counteract legal nihilism and ensure the process of spiritual personality formation without which it is impossible to do without realizing the idea of building a legal state in Kazakhstan.
Ibragimov Zh.I. noted that the appropriate level of legal consciousness and legal culture presupposes the availability of legal training and a system of beliefs characterized by recognition of law, understanding of the need to follow its instructions, and the possession of skills and skills in the implementation of law. The knowledge obtained in the course of legal education must turn into a personal conviction, in a firm attitude strictly follow the legal prescriptions, and then - into the internal need and habit of observing the legal law, to manifest legal and political activity.
