February 28 this year the Ministry of justice held a scientific-practical conference on the theme: "Discussion of the main provisions of the Draft administrative procedural code of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
During the conference Dean of the faculty of Law, Eurasian national University named after Ln Gumilev, D. Yu.H. Professor S. K. Amandykova made a presentation on "Administrative justice in the Republic of Kazakhstan", in which she justified the expediency and importance of adopting the Administrative procedural code of Kazakhstan.
The event was attended by representatives of Universities (Academy of public administration under the President of Kazakhstan, ENU. Gumilev, KAZGUU University), the scientific community, non-governmental organizations, the German society for international cooperation (GIZ) in Kazakhstan, NCE RK "Atameken", the National center for human rights, the constitutional Council, the Supreme Judicial Council, the Supreme Court and other state bodies.
The conference was held to clarify and discuss the main provisions of the Draft administrative procedural code, which is aimed at regulating public relations related to the implementation of administrative procedures, as well as administrative proceedings to resolve disputes in the field of public legal relations.
The scientific and practical conference was held in the form of constructive dialogue and exchange of views.
