Some priorities of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan are reflected in by the deputy chairman of the Anti-corruption Commission at the city branch of the Nur Otan party, doctor of legal sciences, associate professor, Zhamaladen Ibragimov at a meeting with members of the city branch of the Nur Otan party on October 28, 2019.
Ibragimov J.I. noted that illegal actions are most often associated with government procurement of medicines, medical equipment, food for patients, with illegal payroll. In his Address, the Head of State stated that the systemic fight against corruption is on the agenda. It is necessary to restore anti-corruption expertise of draft regulatory acts of central and local bodies with the participation of experts and the public. The responsibility of the first head of the agency in which the corruption crime occurred should be legislatively and normatively regulated.
And also Ibragimov Zh.I. emphasized that monitoring of corruption offenses showed that the main areas of corruption risks in the field of public health are violations related to the issuance of permits, violations related to inspections of objects.
