June 5, 2017 was online defense of the master's thesis of a second-year undergraduate student of the Faculty of Law Abdildina Danara Bagdatovna. Defense of dissertational work was carried out within the framework of the program of the double diploma of the Networking University of the CIS at the Department of International Law of the ENU. LN Gumilyov and the Chair of European Law at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The scientific supervisors of the master's thesis were the professor of ENU Abaideldinov Erbol Musinovich and the assistant professor of MGIMO Kasyanov Rustam Albertovich.
Online defense was open to listeners, attended by the faculty of the Department of International Law of ENU.
The composition of the state attestation commission included prominent scientists of both countries, from MGIMO - M.M. Biryukov, M.L. Entin, N.B. Topornin, R.A. Kasyanov, ENEgorova, from ENU - V.A. Malinovsky, E.M. Abaideldinov, Sh.V.Tlepina, SNSarsenova.
Thesis by Abdildina D.B. "Legal basis for the regulation of the financial services market in the EAE" is devoted to the topic of financial integration of the Eurasian Economic Union, namely, the creation of a common financial market for 5 member states. The work is relevant in the light of the goals set by the Treaty on the EACP, as well as in the light of the beginning of the functioning of the International Financial Center Astana, which positions itself as a regional financial center with the prospect of becoming a universal player in the financial market.
Upon completion of the defense, the sides expressed readiness for further joint training of scientific personnel.
