On March 14, 2018, the Office of the Akim of the Karaganda Oblast conducted an off-site meeting of the Central Expert Council on the program "Ruhani zhayyru".
Akim of Karaganda region Koshanov Ye.Z., rector of ENU named after LN Gumilev Sydykov EB, projector of ENU named after LN Gumilev took part in the event. The main goal of the event is to explain the main provisions of the book of the Leader of the Nation "The Age of Independence" of the five social initiatives of the President.
Within the framework of the event Karaganda State Technical University delivered a lecture. Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Ibrahimov Zh.I.
During the lecture of the head. Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Ibrahimov Zh.I. noted that, the initiatives of the President of the country are aimed at improving the social status of youth. Especially important is awareness-raising among the population. Our task is to ensure the implementation of these initiatives. For these purposes we will conduct explanatory work with the involvement of youth resource centers and youth organizations.
