Improving the professional training of qualified specialists in the educational programs of the law faculty
In accordance with the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kasym - Zhomart Kemelevich Tokaev dated 02.09.2019 “Constructive public dialogue - the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan”, the Roadmap for the modernization of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019 - 2021, based on the memorandum of cooperation in areas of training for internal affairs bodies with the formation of competencies of a service policeman, on the initiative of the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Ibragimov Zh.I., between the Police Department of Nur-Sultan and the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilev November 21, 2019, an agreement was concluded on the creation of a branch of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines of the Law Faculty of LNU ENU Gumilyov on the basis of the Operational and Forensic Department of the DP Nur-Sultan.
The main goal of creating a branch of the department is to improve the professional training of qualified specialists, strengthen the practical orientation of the educational process in the educational programs of the law faculty, as well as conduct joint research on the development of existing legislation, legal science and law enforcement practice and introduce their results into the practical activities of the police department .Nur-Sultan and its structural divisions.
The agreement provides for the active use of the resource base of the operational and forensic department of the Nur Sultan Police Department for conducting practical classes in the academic disciplines of the forensic cycle, including laboratory complexes for fingerprinting, forensic ballistic, handwriting and other studies conducted to solve problems criminal proceedings carried out to solve the problems of criminal proceedings, advisory support of experienced specialists - management employees in the implementation of scientific research by students in the framework of ongoing research projects, dissertations, master's and doctoral dissertations, including in the form of their direct participation in training sessions. The agreement on the creation of a branch of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines opens up new opportunities for mutually beneficial long-term cooperation for the Law Faculty of ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov and the Police Department of Nur-Sultan.
