Internship

Second-year undergraduates in international law at the Eurasian National University. L.N. Gumilyev Bapai Basbolat, Katrenov Duman, Kulbayeva Zarina, Aidana Kyzylkulova, Nazym Sairankyzy November 20 to November 30, 2017, they completed an internship at the Warsaw University in Warsaw. The magistrates took part in a lecture on the judicial system of the appointed leader Y. Turlykovsky and discussed the differences and peculiarities of the judicial system of the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Also, at the initiative of the appointed leader Y.Turlykovskogo, they visited the Supreme Court of the Republic of Poland, and got acquainted with the formation of the judicial system and the activities of the judges. 

Warsaw University is one of the most popular and largest universities in Poland, founded in 1816. According to information for 2004, the university has no less than 60,000 students. Administration and administration of the university are located in historical buildings on the outskirts of Krakow. In the old building of the university library there are lecture rooms, the library was moved to a new library building located on Dobrayana Street. The University was established on September 20, 1817 by the order of the Russian Emperor Alexander I. At first the university was called Royal, which consisted of five sections: theology, law and administrative sciences. In accordance with the decree of March 30, 1830, the university was named after Alexander at his request, but in 1830 the Polish insurrection led to its temporary closure. The university employs more than 6,000 people (including more than 3,200 teachers), about 56,000 students (including more than 9,200 graduate and post-graduate students). Taking into account many curricula, one of the most important tasks of the university is to monitor the conduct of lessons and maintain the level of higher education. The University of Warsaw has 37 faculties and more than 100 specialists and specialists in the field of natural and humanitarian sciences. 

Warsaw University has for many years occupied a leading position in the most important ratings of Poland. The internship program made it possible to get acquainted with the activities of the law faculty of the University and to study the field of research in international law, to get acquainted with the library of dissertations and electronic databases of the University. The internship program provides for the renewal and deepening of theoretical knowledge in legal practice.

During the practice the undergraduates were acquainted with the teaching aids, scientific journals and lectures. On the initiative of the professor of the law faculty of the Warsaw University Yaroslav Turlykovsky, an excursion was conducted in the Supreme Administrative Court. Passage of this internship allowed to study the teaching methodology of a foreign educational institution and to analyze research topics based on local research methods. As well as the internship, it helped to further strengthen relations with the generally accepted practice and foreign teachers.
