Peoples' Friendship University of Russia is a multidisciplinary university located in Moscow. It was established by the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the USSR on February 5, 1960 as the University of Peoples'Friendship named after Patrice Lumumba, and since February 5, 1992 it has been called as - Peoples' Friendship University of Russia.
We, Toleutai Sunkar and Abitaeva Aida, are students of the Eurasian national University, Department of international law. On the basis of a Memorandum between the Eurasian national University and RUDN, we were lucky enough to study at RUDN during the autumn semester on the basis of a two-degree program .
RUDN University is one of the outstanding higher educational institutions with its academic departments, which it has today, teachers and the number of students, physical training and scientific research, social, cultural and sports activities. It also differs from other universities as the RUDN University is the leader among Russian universities in the share of foreign students in international ratings, every week is the day of culture of countries, regions of the world, there are more than 100 community organizations, international study groups, the international principle of living in a hostel. RUDN University is among the best world-class Russian universities. The university is included in the world rankings THE, QS and RUR. The UI Green Metric rating ranks the RUDN campus as the greenest in Russia. RUDN University is the first university in Russia which received 5 stars in 5 categories of the QS Stars rating.
It is also important to separately note the education at RUDN University. The best professors and highly qualified teaching staff, a powerful teaching base, faculties and institutes, especially the law institute, work here. It has a strong international relations program that is ideal for a foreign student. The very good quality of education at RUDN University testifies to its high rank and excellent reputation.Theeducation at RUDN University was at the highest level. The entire teaching staff were qualified specialists in their field. Despite the fact that there are many foreign students in the groups, each of the teachers was able to convey all the educational material. It can also be noted that, theory and practice in all passed disciplines were at the same level.
In conclusion, I would like to say that owing to the two-degree program of study and RUDN, we have gained new knowledge in the field of international law, gained invaluable experience in international mobility, learned a new culture, traditions and, of course, made new friends and acquaintances from around the world .
