October 4, 2019, the Department of International Law together with the private company Legal Consulting Community Ltd. (AIFC Participant) held a seminar on the topic "Legal Entities in the Steam System of the International Financial Center" Astana ".
The seminar was attended by faculty and students of the Department of International Law.
The seminar consisted of 2 parts: theoretical and practical. The lecturer was the founder and director of the private company Legal Consulting Community Ltd. (AIFC Participant) (Republic of Kazakhstan, MFC Astana, Nur-Sultan); Professor, Department of Law, NRU Higher School of Economics.
In the presentation of A.B.Didikin, the issues of correlation of the norms of constitutional legislation and legal acts of the Center, the participation of advisory bodies in the development, interpretation and application of the legal acts of the Center (Legal Advisory Council), the legal framework for regulating the activities of legal entities in the legal system of MFC Astana (AIFC Company Law), legal forms of legal entities and the conditions for their registration.
The moderator of the practical part was Erlan Armanovich Mukhanbediev, head of the office of the private company Legal Consulting Community Ltd.
The practical part consisted of their cases, which aroused particular interest among students of the department of international law.
Also at the end of the seminar, the issues of internship and employment of students of the Department of International Law were discussed.
