Trustee of the presidential candidate of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh. I. Ibragimov said that the election program Kasym-Jomart Tokayev serious attention to the development of digital medicine. Ibragimov Zh. I. also stressed that the Tokayev program promises to make decisions on significant strategic issues, taking into account the point of view of the majority of the population through public opinion polls, and on the most important-through referendums. The candidate from the ruling party intends to strengthen the role of public councils, to work actively with non-governmental organizations, as well as to transfer functions unusual for the state to them.
