Gumilyov ENU, among students of the Faculty of Law, a meeting was held where the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "New Opportunities in the Conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution" was actively discussed. This Message of the President determines the main actions corresponding to the requirements of the new time. The 10 main tasks indicated in the Message will give a chance for an accelerated entry into the list of the 30 most developed countries in the world. Also, it is very important to note in the Message that the time is related to education as a separate branch of the economy.
