SHOW TRIAL AT THE LEGAL FACULTY OF ENU IM. L.N. GUMILEV

 

               As part of improving the effectiveness of legal education, various measures are being taken at the Faculty of Law aimed at improving the connection between theory and practice: conducting demonstration trials in civil, administrative and criminal cases in a specialized trial, visiting places of deprivation of liberty, visiting a city morgue with participation in an autopsy corpses, the Center for Forensic Expertise and other organizations that have specialized bases of practice.

            So, for example, on September 15, 2019, at the Faculty of Law, a trial was held in the audience of the trial with the participation of the prosecutor, judges of the Administrative Court of the city of Nur-Sultan, Almaty District Department of Internal Affairs, dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor Ibragimov Zh.I., associate professor of the Department of Criminal legal disciplines Baimoldina SM, senior lecturer in criminal law disciplines Tulepenova Zh.K. and law students of the Russian and Kazakh groups.

            In the trial, an administrative reconciliation case between spouses was considered. Conducting open trials with the participation of practitioners and students, students is of great educational and practical value, both in educational and educational sense.

            Firstly, students observe the practical application of the norms of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the rules of litigation, the persons involved in the case, their role and legal authority.

          Secondly, participation in a demonstration trial facilitates the education of students in an anti-corruption culture and their rejection of corrupt practices.

          Thirdly, students visually observe the course of the trial and gain new practical skills in the conduct of the trial, the oratory of the participants in the trial develops.

         Thus, participation in a demonstration trial solves a number of educational problems aimed at improving the digestibility of educational material and increasing the effectiveness of the educational process.
