According to the open classes schedule of the Department of Civil and Environmental Law, on February 15, 2019, at 12.10.h., in the audience 335, an open session was held in the form of a seminar on the discipline of Civil Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan (special part) by the Associate Professor of the Department Beksultanova R.T. Theme of open employment “Property lease agreement” in the group MPr-22.In the group of 14 students (1 student was absent due to illness).
During the lesson, survey methods were used in small teams, individual work with students.
Students with the help of slides revealed the content and elements of the lease agreement, gave a description of the specific classification of this agreement. The theoretical material is supported by incidents (legal situations on the topic being studied).
During the presentation of the theoretical material, the students used examples of the practical application of the provisions of the contract of tenancy.
Students actively participated in solving incidents, answered questions posed. During classes, students' feedback from the teacher was visible.
The lesson is held at a high educational and methodical level.
