On January 23 of the current year, at the Council of the Faculty of Law, under the chairmanship of Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor Amandykova Saule Koshkenovna, the report for the first half of the academic year 2017-18, invited to the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law, Constitutional Law ", the Law Faculty of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilev (hereinafter - ENU), Candidate of Law, Professor of the Chair of Civil Law, Faculty of Law, Altai State University, Russian Federation, Svetlana Vladimirovna Voronina.
So, for the first half of the current academic year, the planned training load of the candidate of jurisprudence, Professor Voronina, SV, amounted to two hundred and fourteen hours.
Within the framework of the teaching and methodical work, the speaker developed two teaching and methodological complexes and questions for taking exams in the following disciplines: "Introduction to scientific work and its methodology" and "The rights of the child and juvenile justice". Also on December 5, 2017, during the work of the school of teaching skills, Svetlana made an interesting presentation on the "Methodology of teaching seminars and practical classes", December 6, 2017, a methodological seminar on the theme "Designing educational programs."
In December 2017, Ph.D., Professor Voronina S.V. lectures are held, Cand. Professor Zharkenova S.B. on the topic "Modern legislation of the RK on protection of consumers' rights", and Doctor of Law, Professor Abdrasulova E.B. on the topic "Methodology of legal analysis".
In the research area, during the reporting period she took part in a number of scientific and practical conferences and roundtables conducted by ENU, during which Svetlana Vladimirovna presented scientific reports on topical issues of improving family legislation.
At the same time, during the reporting period it published four scientific articles, one of which was published in the Collection of Materials of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "The Constitution and Modernization of Society and the State" devoted to the Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, three scientific papers were published in co-authorship in the Journal of Theoretical and Applied Research "News of the Altai State University".
At the same time, as noted by the speaker, two more scientific articles have been submitted to the press for publication, in the Collection of Scientific Works of the University "Turan-Astana" and the Bulletin of the Law Faculty of ENU №4.
In conclusion, after discussing the report, the chairman and members of the Council of the ENU Law Faculty, noting the high scientific and pedagogical qualities and appreciating the work done by Svetlana Vladimirovna, wished her creative successes and further fruitful work, in strengthening the scientific and educational ties between Kazakhstan and Russia .
