the associate professor of criminal disciplines, Candidate of Law Sciences, Baymoldina Svetlana Malikovna on a subject: "Criminological characteristic of corruption crime".

 

On April 26, 2019 at department of criminal disciplines according to the approved schedule open classes of the associate professor of criminal disciplines, Candidate of Law Sciences, Baymoldina Svetlana Malikovna were given. The subject of lecture occupation was called: "Criminological characteristic of corruption crime". According to the plan of a lecture the following questions were considered: 

1) Concept and criminological characteristic of corruption offenses; 

2) Specifics of causality and determination of corruption;

3) Features of fight against corruption. 

In the course of holding lecture occupation different innovative technologies were applied, for achievement of presentation of the considered subject various technical means of training were used, for clearer assimilation of a lecture subject the lecturer distributed to students distributing material. In particular, within innovative technologies the following methods were applied: "brainstorming", the slide presentation, work in groups, "a debate in teams", drawing up "a tree of corruption offenses", "a pyramid of punishments" the video topic on a subject, etc. 

Among distributing material there were following elements: lecture material, schemes of corruption offenses, qualification of corruption offenses, color pictures on a subject of fight against corruption in caricature style, the manual "Current Problems of Fight Against Corruption and Organized Crime" in author's edition. 

Technical means of training consisted of the following materials: tables according to corruption crime of the State Office of Public Prosecutor of RK, the color schemes "CRIMINAL MEASURES of FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION OFFENCES", "QUALIFYING SIGNS of CORRUPTION AND OTHER CRIMINAL OFFENCES AGAINST the INTERESTS of PUBLIC SERVICE AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION", "GLOSSARY", etc.

Lecture occupation took place at the high theoretical level, with use of innovative technologies, technical means of training, and with use of distributing material. Students showed high interest to this problem, actively participated in a discussion, quickly enough made drawing up "a tree of corruption offenses", "a pyramid of punishments" for these types of offenses, studied the manual by associate professor Baymoldina S.M. "Current problems of fight against corruption and organized crime".
