An online workshop "Law in digital reality" held at Faculty of Law

On September 17, 2020, within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Distance Education: New Global Challenges", the Faculty of Law held an online seminar on the topic "Law in the digital reality".

The moderator of the seminar was the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Zh.I. Ibragimov.

The purpose of the seminar is a comprehensive legal study of trends in the development of digitalization, analysis of the transformation of legal institutions of state coercion in the context of the development of the digital economy, creation of a dialogue platform for searching and discussing advanced ideas, prospects for implementing urgent tasks in the field of using remote technologies, disseminating the innovative experience of foreign countries.

The relevance of the topic is due to the active introduction of digital technologies into the national educational space, and as a result, the active transformation of law as a regulator of public relations.

The event was attended by: Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, International Law of the Law Institute of Tyumen State University, Doctor of Law, Professor O.Yu. Vinnichenko, Director of the Law Institute of Altai State University, Doctor of Law, Professor Vasiliev A.A., associate professor of theory and history of state and law of the National University named after Balasagyn, candidate of legal sciences, associate professor Otorova B.K. E.A. Bukeova, KSU named after Sh. Ualikhanov, "Turan" University, faculty, doctoral students, undergraduates and students of the law faculty.

The participants of the scientific forum noted the importance and timeliness of this event, since issues related not only to the use of distance learning technologies, but also to the development of the digital economy in general and the problem of information security were discussed.
