November 15, 2018 undergraduate 1 year law faculty of ENU L.N. Gumilyov of the experimental educational program “Digital Forensic Science” Pakhritdinova A. participated in the Interuniversity scientific-practical seminar for undergraduates and doctoral students (young scientists): “Humanization of responsibility for economic and official crimes taking into account risks to the state of law and order”.
Pakhritdinova A. presented the report: “Humanization of responsibility in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity” (Supervisor - c.l., Professor Sembekova B.R.)
The seminar was organized by the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office, and the seminar was moderated by the Head of the Department of Special Legal Disciplines of Institute for Postgraduate Education of Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of Republic of Kazakhstan, Counselor of Justice, c.l. Zhempiisov N.Sh.
The experts were the professor of the department of criminal law disciplines, d.l. Skakov AB, Chief Researcher of the Department of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law of the State Institution “Institute of Legislation” of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor Rakhmetov S.M., Senior Prosecutor of the Directorate for Analysis and Ensuring Uniform Judicial Practice of the Supervision Service for the legality of the sentences that entered into force and their execution by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, c.l. Kasymova A.S.; investigator for particularly important cases of the Investigation Department of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (Anti-Corruption Service) Kishlyarova A.S.
According to the results of the Inter-University Scientific and Practical Workshop, recommendations were adopted, including the proposals of A. Pakhritdinova under art. 214 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Kazakhstan (illegal business, illegal banking or collection activities).
