International round table "Improvement of norm-setting process in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

 

Doctor of Juridical Sciences, associate professor Zh.I. Ibragimov, September 11-12, 2018 took part in the International Round Table "Improving the norm-setting process in the Republic of Kazakhstan", held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The following persons participated in the International Round Table: Belinda Paisley-Partner of the London office of Reed Smith (UK) and Managing Partner of the Astana office, Daniel Kadar-partner at the Paris office of Reed Smith (France), Bernard Yee-Director Resource Law LLC in the Reed Smith Union (Singapore ), Norman Aas-Partner Sorainen (Estonia), Beketayev MB - Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Pan NA - Vice Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scientists from France, Germany, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan.

In the work of the International Round Table, the Associated Professor of the Chair of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law, Doctor of Jurisprudence Zh. I. Ibragimov.

Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law Ibragimov Zh.I. presented a report on the topic: "Formation and strengthening of the legal culture of civil servants in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

His speech on improving the legal culture of civil servants, on the processes taking place in modern conditions, due to the widespread introduction of digital technologies, including lawmaking, on reforms in the field of justice, on understanding the nature and prospects for the use of traditional norms of law, on the formation of a digital mentality of civil servants, international legal forum.

After the speakers delivered a live constructive dialogue on the positive and negative side of the global digitalization of all spheres of activity in most countries of the world and the rapid penetration of information systems of information technologies into the sphere of law requiring the search for the most optimal forms of legal regulation.

On the second day of the round, there were panel discussions, round tables, master classes. Ibragimov Zh.I. participated in the panel session "Improving Legislation on Justice Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
