INTERNATIONAL ROUND TABLE WITH ONLINE PARTICIPATION

"PROBLEMS OF PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN."

At the Faculty of Law, international scientific conferences and various scientific events are actively held, including online.

So, for example, on December 13, 2019, an international round table was held with online participation together with the Tyumen State University (Russian Federation), the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumileva (Nur-Sultan, Republic of Kazakhstan).

This round table was devoted to the urgent topic of legal science on the topic: "Problems of protecting human rights in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan."

The event was attended by leading scientists of the Tyumen State University, the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scientists of ENU named after L.N. Gumileva:

SAKTAGANOVA INDIRA SOVETOVNA, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law of Eurasian National University named after L.N. OSMANOVA DINARA BAKTIAROVNA, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyova (Nur-Sultan, Republic of Kazakhstan) with a report on the theme: "Protection of human rights in educational activities";

BAYMOLDINA SVETLANA MALIKOVNA, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyova (Nur-Sultan, Republic of Kazakhstan) with a report on the topic: “Actual issues of protecting human rights in the field of intellectual property”.

At this conference, together with Russian scientists, topical problems of protecting human rights in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan were discussed. As a result of the conference, conclusions and recommendations were developed to improve legislation related to human rights.
