Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law, Faculty of Law, Eurasian National University L.N. Gumilyova announces an international competition of scientific papers on the topic: «CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE INSTITUTE OF PRESIDENCY IN THE CONDITIONS OF INDEPENDENCE», dedicated to the Day of the First President and Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which will be held on December 10, 2019 at ENU named after L.N. Gumilyova (city Nur-Sultan, Satpaev street 2).
The competition is planned sections in the following areas:
1. State and law: stability and social modernization.
2. Financial and legal aspects in the light of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan: theory and practice.
3. Current trends in the formation and development of civil society in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Administrative justice: traditions and innovations in the system of modern law.
It is planned to publish a collection of scientific articles by the winners of the international competition of scientific papers with output data and ISBN. Participation in the competition in absentia.
The results of the results of the competition of scientific works will be announced on the website of the Faculty of Law no later than December 10, 2019. Diplomas of the I, II and III degrees, as well as letters of appreciation addressed to the scientific adviser of the participant in the scientific project and the first head of the higher educational institution will be sent to the winners of the scientific works competition.
The terms of participation
All materials of the competition of scientific works can be presented in Kazakh, Russian and English languages and should reflect academic, research and practical experience in various fields of legal science.
Technical requirements for the design of materials:
From 10 to 12 full typewritten pages of text, 14 Times New Roman font, text at 1 interval, paragraph indent - 1 cm, all fields –2 cm. Design of sources - according to APA stile (www.apastyle.org). The text should be edited stylistically and technically. Pages in the electronic version are not numbered.
Those wishing to take part in the competition of scientific papers must be sent by December 3, 2019 to the email address of the corresponding section:
1. Application for participation in the competition of scientific works.
2. The text of the scientific work that meets the requirements for its design.
In the absence of one of the above documents, materials for the competition will not be accepted.
It is planned to issue an electronic digest with the assignment of ISBN. Materials of the winners of the competition of scientific works will be published on the website of the Faculty of Law of ENU. L.N. Gumilyova - http://yur.enu.kz/.
