As part of the international scientific and practical conference "the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1995 and its significance in the development of the state and society" (Shaiken readings), the conference participants met with students of the law faculty of the Aktobe regional state University named after Kudaibergen Zhubanov. The meeting was held by the Director of the public Fund named after Nagashybai Shaikenov S. Zh.
