"Actual problems of further development of legislation in the light of the implementation of the constitutional principles of criminal justice"

May 25, 2018 Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov together with the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducts an international scientific and practical conference on the topic: "Actual problems of further development of legislation in the light of the implementation of the constitutional principles of criminal justice".

The purpose of the conference is to discuss issues of further improvement of criminal, criminal procedural, criminal executive, administrative legislation and criminal justice activities, and on the basis of this, the development of scientific recommendations within the message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "New Development Opportunities in the Conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution".

The reason for organizing conference is 70-year anniversary of a Doctor of Law, professor Baltabaev Kuanysh Zhetpisovich, ex-member of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who for many years was a member of the Scientific Advisory Council under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, devoted more than 40 years to the scientific and pedagogical activity.

The conference expects are the participation of leaders of law enforcement agencies, judges, representatives of human rights organizations, as well as famous domestic and foreign legal scholars.

The working languages ​​of the conference are Kazakh, Russian and English.

The application for participation in the conference and abstracts of the report should be sent by e-mail in accordance with this section.

The program of the conference is planned to work on the following sections:

Section 1. Actual problems of modern criminal policy.

Section 2. Actual issues of law enforcement in the light of further development of legislation.

Section 3. Topical issues of the development of international criminal justice
