On January 30, 2018, a round table was organized by the Central Office of the Party Nur Otan on the topic: "New Development Opportunities in the Conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the Era of Independence"
The event was attended by the head. Chair of the Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law Zh.I. Ibragimov, Deputies of the Majilis of the Republic of Kazakhstan, public figures, scientists, employees of the Institute of the History of the State, employees of the Central Apparatus of the Nur Otan Party.
In the speech of Ibrahimov Zh.I. it was noted that the Head of State identified 10 topical tasks for accelerated entry of Kazakhstan into the list of 30 developed countries of the world. Of particular interest to participants was the ninth direction devoted to combating corruption and the rule of law. With great enthusiasm, the participants took note of the report on the increase in the status of judges, about institutional changes in the system of law enforcement bodies. Ibragimov Zh.I. stressed that the implementation of the tasks of the Head of State related to the system of improving the sphere of public administration will become a motivational impetus for the professional development of civil servants and will lead to the development of human capital.
At the end of the round table, participants came to a common opinion that thanks to political stability and public consensus in Kazakhstan all conditions for the modernization of the economy, politics and consciousness were created.
