On January 19, 2018, a round table was organized by the Institute of the History of the State of the Committee of Sciences of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic: "New Development Opportunities in the Conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution"
The event was attended by the head. Chair of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional Law Zh.I. Ibrahimov, public figures, scientists, employees of the Institute of the History of the State, teachers of universities and teachers of schools in Astana.
In the speech of Ibrahimov Zh.I. it was noted that the Head of State identified 10 topical tasks for accelerated entry of Kazakhstan into the list of 30 developed countries of the world. The seventh direction, devoted to the new quality of education and increasing the prestige of the teacher, aroused a special interest among the participants. With great enthusiasm, the participants took note of the report on the increase in the salaries of teachers who switched to training within the framework of the updated content of the curriculum, provided that the qualifications were confirmed. Ibragimov Zh.I. stressed that the implementation of the tasks of the Head of State related to the education system will be a motivational impetus for the professional development of teachers and will lead to the development of human capital.
At the end of the round table, participants came to a common opinion that thanks to political stability and public consensus in Kazakhstan all conditions for the modernization of the economy, politics and consciousness were created.
