Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev signed the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 26, 2017 No. 569 “On the translation of the alphabet of the Kazakh language from the Cyrillic alphabet into the Latin script”. The next step was the signing of the Decree of the President of Kazakhstan of February 19, 2018 No. 637 "On Amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 26, 2017 No. 569" On the Translation of the Alphabet of the Kazakh Language from Cyrillic to Latin Graphics.
The timeliness and significance of the adopted regulations on the transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Latin alphabet is obvious. In the modern world, Latin is associated with new technologies and progress. All domain names and email addresses are written in Latin. One of the main advantages of innovation is that, learning the state language in Latin, it will be easier to learn English, which the world community now speaks and writes.
